You need to be 25 years old or older to rent a car from Big E Rentals.
You will typically need a valid driver’s license, a credit card in your name, and proof of liability insurance on your vehicle. You may also need to provide additional documentation if you are renting a car and are traveling from a foreign country.
We offer one-way rentals from our locations within Horry County. However, there are delivery fees to those airports.
We offer a wide selection of rental cars, including economy, compact, mid-size, full-size, SUVs, and mini vans. We also have hybrid and electric cars available in some locations.
Yes, we offer various insurance options to help protect you and your rental car. You can choose from our basic coverage, or you can opt for additional coverage for added peace of mind.
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Please check your reservation confirmation or contact us for more information.
Yes, you can add additional drivers to your rental agreement, but they will need to meet the same age and driver’s license requirements as the primary driver. There may be additional fees for adding extra drivers, and you should check with the rental car company for their specific policies.
If you are involved in an accident or experience a breakdown, please contact our roadside assistance team and the police immediately. They will provide you with the necessary support to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
You can pick up or drop off the vehicle at any of our locations after hours with a lockbox if you’ve completed the rental requirements online beforehand.
As long as the vehicle is up to date on it’s maintenance and is not booked with another reservation, usually an email and payment will allow you to keep the car longer.
If you don’t have a Lyft or Uber account we can pick you up for a nominal fee.
No other payments except for credit cards.
